What Grows Here is my debut EP - a project that’s been almost entirely self-produced from the ground up. I recorded all five tracks myself, and mixed Undone, Abide, and Bless the Lord Anyway. These songs mark my growth as both a producer and a musician, but more so they tell the personal stories of doing life with the Lord. Each track captures a moment of learning, trusting, and growing with Him.
Bio
Kaitlyn Rodley is an indie-acoustic Christian artist from Aotearoa, creating authentic and raw songs about doing life with the Lord. Drawing inspiration from Brooke Fraser and John Mark Pantana, her music blends warm acoustic production with lyrical storytelling. Her debut EP, What Grows Here was the project that earned her the inaugural Bronwyn Bijl Scholarship from The Piano in Christchurch, providing support for her live EP performance in their concert hall. Kaitlyn’s rising presence in the local music scene has led to festival invitations, radio interviews, and growing support for her honest, faith-centred music.
